ORC & IRC

The CXC offers with the Return module an easy to integrate solution for enabling return registration.

There are two integrations for return registration:

  • Online Return Center (ORC), solution that gets embedded into the web shop
  • Instore Return Center (IRC), for handling returns in a store

API's

Returns API

You can get orders and their returnables, return methods and create/cancel a RMA via the Returns API

Insights API

You can get orders and their returnables by different filter, get the mail content and resend Mails for a return (RMA) Returns Insights API
